Multi-Grain Porridge Loaf

Our Porridge Loaf is made by mixing our sourdough with a cooked down porridge of organic oat, rye, and barley flakes. The porridge adds a slightly nutty flavor to the bread, as well as extra hydration, which creates a softer texture and a longer shelf life.
