City Sourdough Loaf

Our first loaf - a deeply flavorful, slowly fermented, naturally leavened sourdough with a custard-like crumb, a very moist interior and a fully caramelized crust. This loaf has a substantially long shelf life. Simplicity transcended through extended fermentation of freshly milled wheat flour.
