Whipped Honey Butter

We whip Wüthrich unsalted European butter with honey and Maldon sea salt flakes to create this super flavorful and creamy butter. It's 83% butterfat, and yes, this is the butter that we serve with our holiday Parker House Rolls. Most flavorful when served at room temperature.
